Nakkab
is a tattoo artist based in New York with over 10 years of experience.
Born in Istanbul and perfected in Berlin, his signature style merges traditional marbling with abstract minimalism. His anatomy-focused designs have influenced a generation of artists and shaped a new wave of contemporary tattooing.
He has led workshops in collaboration with Nike, major contemporary art museums and international tattoo conventions across Germany and Turkey. His unique work has been exhibited in multiple venues in Berlin and Istanbul, and featured in global publications including GQ and Bored Panda.
Nakkab studied Glass Design at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and holds a degree in Painting from Marmara University Faculty of Fine Arts. As of April 2025, he lives and works in New York with an Extraordinary Artist Visa.
